His roles have been as varied as a Formulation and Development Officer at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Centre, Baroda, to serving as a Lecturer at B.N. College of Pharmacy, Udaipur, and later, as a Professor and Head at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Uttarakhand).
He has contributed significantly as Director, of the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shobhit University, Meerut, U.P., and as Director-cum-Principal at the Govt. College of Pharmacy, Rohru, Shimla, H.P., among other pivotal positions.

This interest has manifested in a plethora of publications exploring both novel and conventional oral drug delivery systems. He has guided thirty-eight M. Pharm. dissertations and twenty-six research scholars to Ph.D. degrees. Additionally, he has made 34 webinar appearances, serving as Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, or Resource Person.
